JAKARTA, Beritagann.com – Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok menangkap 12 pengedar narkoba di wilayah hukumnya dalam kurun waktu dua bulan, sejak Maret hingga April 2025.
“Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok mengungkap 10 kasus dengan 12 orang tersangka dalam dua bulan ini,” kata Kapolres Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok AKBP Martuasah H Tobing dalam jumpa pers di Jakarta, Senin.
Menurut dia, dari pengungkapan kasus ini petugas menemukan narkotika jenis sabu seberat 1.526,27 gram, ganja kering seberat 9,83 gram dan 48 butir pil ekstasi.
“Barang haram ini ditemukan dari penggeledahan badan dan tempat tinggal dari para tersangka,” kata dia.
Ke-12 tersangka yang telah ditahan itu, yakni BS (44), K (43), HA (27), IS (23), RA (32), MY (42), S (43), AR (42), ED (41), LD (35), AA (25), dan Y (51).
Para pelaku ini dijerat pasal114 ayat (1) subsider pasal 112 ayat (1) dan Pasal 111 (1), Pasal 114 (2) subsider Pasal 112 (2) Jo Pasal 132 (1) Undang-Undang 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika dengan ancaman maksimal seumur hidup atau hukuman mati.
Martuasah menyatakan barang bukti yang berhasil disita memiliki nilai ekonomis.
Untuk narkoba jenis sabu seberat 1,526 kilogram ditaksir Rp2,2 miliar, ganja senilai Rp700 ribu dan 48 butir ekstasi senilai Rp33,6 juta.
“Dalam pengungkapan ini, Satresnarkoba Polres Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok telah menyelamatkan 15.366 jiwa,” kata dia. [Antaranews.com].
