JAKARTA, Beritagann.com – Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat (Jakpus) mengungkap fakta terbaru terkait pengacara berinisial S (31), diduga membawa senjata api (senpi) saat kecelakaan lalu lintas di kawasan Jakpus.
Sebelumnya diketahui, S mengalami kecelakaan lalu lintas akibat bersenggolan dengan angkot di kawasan Jakpus, pada 25 April 2025.
Kemudian, S ditangkap polisi lantaran kedapatan membawa sejumlah narkoba hingga senjata api (senpi) ilegal dan narkoba.
Terkini, Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat AKBP Muhammad Firdaus mengatakan, S juga positif menggunakan narkoba usai diamankan karena kepemilikan senjata api serta narkoba jenis sabu dan ganja.
Firdaus kemudian mengklaim pihaknya telah berkoordinasi dengan Satnarkoba untuk melakukan tes urine terhadap S.
“Hasil dari pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka, tersangka S positif narkoba,” kata Firdaus dalam konferensi pers di Mapolres Jakarta Pusat, pada Senin, 28 April 2025.
Kecelakaan yang menyeret S itu terjadi usai Mobil Daihatsu Sigra miliknya terlibat serempetan dengan mikrolet.
Saat petugas melakukan pemeriksaan, senjata api jenis Makarov terlihat di badan tersangka S.
Firdaus menjelaskan, selain pistol Makarov kaliber 7,65 mm, polisi juga menemukan senjata laras panjang rakitan dan airsoft gun di mobil milik S.
“Ketiga senjata itu kini telah diamankan di Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat,” tegasnya.
Terkait temuan ini, tersangka S dijerat Pasal 1 Ayat 1 Undang-undang Darurat Nomor 12 Tahun 1951 dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 20 tahun penjara. [Inilahkito.com].
